GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1 Tâpwêwin
2 Pimâcihowin
These principles define SIGA values as an organization and guide how we conduct our business.
Pimâcihowin stresses the importance of “making a living” and is today’s realization
of our First Nations treaty relationship. The financial and operational success of SIGA
provides the means to integrate a holistic approach to improve the quality of life for
our people and the province of Saskatchewan.
The principle of Tâpwêwin advocates speaking with precision and accuracy.
For SIGA, from a business perspective, it means we must be accountable. We
believe that we will remain accountable as long as we conduct our business
with integrity, honour and discipline.
“SPEAKING WITH PRECISION AND ACCURACY.”
“MAKING A LIVING.”
