In March 2009, the Painted Hand Casino made the move into a new $30M
building. The 43,000 square foot facility includes a large gaming floor with
225 slot machines and 7 live table games. The uniquely sculpted circular gaming
floor includes a deli, bar lounge, fabulous restaurant and multi-function facility,
known as the Parkland Room. Free valet parking and shuttle service were added
to improve convenience and the overall experience for visitors.
Over the past decade, the Painted Hand Casino has become one of the top
entertainment attractions in east central Saskatchewan. The casino has also
been a large contributor to local events in the Yorkton area including title
sponsor of the 2009 Canada Cup of Curling.
The new modern facility is a joint project with the Yorkton Tribal Council
and is conveniently located across the street from Yorkton’s Gallagher Centre.
