Responsible Gaming Strategy

At SIGA, we are committed to keeping gambling fun and improving players’ knowledge about the games. Since opening in 1996, SIGA has demonstrated a commitment to operate in a socially responsible manner and our comprehensive Responsible Gaming Strategy continually evolves with the gaming industry.

GameSense is the innovative, award-winning responsible gaming brand used by SIGA. GameSense combines responsible play education with information on the risks associated with gambling. Our approach includes staff training on problem and responsible gambling, promoting available services, and providing information and resources to patrons so they can make informed gambling decisions.

SIGA’s Responsible Gaming Strategy consists of four key elements, which provide the framework for the strategy and are the foundation for all of SIGA’s responsible gaming procedures and practices:

Based on a comprehensive set of responsible gambling (RG) standards, RG Check is the most rigorous RG accreditation program in the world. RG Check, administered by the Responsible Gambling Council, is an independent, objective assessment of SIGA’s Responsible Gaming policies and procedures. SIGA casinos secured RG Check accreditation in 2014.

“We are advocates for responsible gambling and RG Check accreditation confirms our commitment to operating in a socially responsible manner. We would like to thank the Responsible Gambling Council for their recognition of our high standards in responsible gambling,” says Zane Hansen, President and CEO.
